1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance items and perishables), we accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. Please inspect the package upon delivery.

2. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report immediately to our support team with order details and images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
